Rights didnt need to be read. He isnt gonna say anything to incriminate himself the drugs already did.
And even still whos to say the cop didnt read rights.Whos gonna be beleived in court. The officer or the person charged with possesion of?
My money goes on the cop. Not that I ever experimented when I was younger but I NEVER NEVER went out in public with anything illegal.
Those that are dumb and do resulting in their getting caught deserve whatever they get and no pity as far as Im concerned. ALL drugs are mind inhibiting in one way or another and not needed in the public scene where children or other people that could feel the indirect concequences are.
All drugs are BS. Simply products of peer pressure by people trying to be cool.
Yes some are addictive and have claimed the minds of many but the first initial trial was to "be cool" with your friends in 99.9% of the cases.
